**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Patent Paralegal Administrator** to join our team in Bologna (_Smart Working applicable_). **Major accountabilities will include**:



- Italian, European and International filing procedure (professional and deep knowledge of at least one among them);
- Prosecution and Grant procedure;
- Maintenance procedure;
- Accounting fundamentals. **What You Need to Be Successful** Basic Requirements**: - Proven experience (3-5 years) in the role;
- Proficient use of Patent Management Software for Annuity Management, IP Portfolio Database (e.g. CPI or other equivalent Software);
- Fluent both in Italian and in English. **Preferred Requirements**: - Master’s Degree;
