The Junior Sommelier helps the restaurant team to ensure the best Guests’ experience is provided through a flawless service. We expect personalised interaction with our Guests in order to deliver them the best culinary experience, whilst recommending and up-selling wines to pair with their meals. **Reports to**: Maitre. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Support in preparing the wine lists, purchase orders, inventory and requisitions;
- Assist the F&B; Manager in monitoring stock levels and sales and suggest actions to improve sales;
- Cooperate with F&B; Manager to develop special events about wine for our Guests;
- Providing an excellent and personalized Guest experience anticipating their needs and handle complaints;
- Keep the wine canteen clean and updated;
- Support in drafting monthly inventory of wine and all related beverage.
- Support the Restaurant team in order to deliver the service. **We offer**: - Fixed-term contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- Passion and studies in _sommelierie_;
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines;
- Ambition to grow;
