**Activités***:
Fixed-term contract 12 months.
- Legal assistance in drafting legal opinions in the fields of civil, administrative, and commercial law;
- Conducting legal analyses and research on legislation and case law;
- Providing legal support to TotalEnergies companies operating in Italy concerning the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts;
- Legal assistance related to corporate law matters;
- Supporting the management of civil and administrative extrajudicial and judicial disputes;
- Updating databases and archives related to company contracts and disputes;
- Assisting in conducting anti-corruption due diligence
- Degree in Law
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
