**Summary of the role** As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. To consolidate our structure, we are looking for a Project Manager who is highly motivated to join a dynamic and challenging environment. The role will also involve: - Regularly updating senior management on the project's status, focusing on achieved deliverables;
- Managing communication with all stakeholders;
- Preparing summary documentation with a focus on improving the business processes in use. The ideal profile possesses: - Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Management Engineering;
- PMP certification;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in structured companies. Experience in the components industry is a plus;
- A solid foundation in mechanics and/or electronics;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Excellent planning and time management skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage priorities;
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, sales, operations, etc.);
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, strong goal orientation,



and the ability to work well in teams.
