Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a **Contracts Manager** to our Legal Team team in Europe! Our company is looking for a talented Contract Manager who is passionate about B2B sales and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast moving environment in a wide variety of contractual commercial duties. The role involves work across multiple countries. **YOUR IMPACT**
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements between the company and its clients (including evaluating and participating in bids);
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and advice on the contract terms and conditions;
- Responsible for interacting and assisting the sales team and other internal departments,



during the contractual process;.
- Assessing contract performance to identify improvement to templates and to our contract cycles;
- Clearly explain contract terminology and provide contract training to internal departments;
- Identifying and mitigating risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures;
- Manage contract change requests, amendments, extensions and contract records and documentation;.

- Proven work experience (**minimum of 5 years**) working as a Contract Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in both **German and English is mandatory**: - Advanced proficiency in Italian or Spanish will be a clear plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and flexibility.
- In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to work across different countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to explain complex issues in a clear,



simple and concise manner to all levels of the organization.
- Solid judgment and business acumen.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient.
