We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
We are looking for** Events and Ceremonies Specialist.** The Events and Ceremonies Specialist will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Events and Ceremonies manager and the Events and Ceremonies coordinator in carrying out the following activities: - Coordinate protocol activities for ceremonies.
- Implement protocol elements according to the IOC/IPC Protocol Manuals for the ceremonies.
- Plan and coordinate the management of the Olympic and Paralympic Family stands at ceremonies.
- Coordinate the management of the OF/PF lounges at the ceremonies.
- Plan, organise and manage Olympic Family events.
- Liaise with all FAs and other internal and external stakeholders to plan operations and adequate service level of OF/PF for ceremonies and Events.
- Drafting of documents required by the function. **Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus);
Some experience in events management;
English Level C2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 + Power Point;
Support in the management of stakeholder services and protocol for Olympic/ Paralympic and/or international events;
Support in the planning of operations related to a complex event. **Other information**:
