**Type**: Full-Time I’m searching for a **Financial Controller** to manage the full finance function for a hospitality opening in Rome. The role involves both strategic oversight and operational control, supporting the property through its launch and ongoing development. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Track financial performance and implement cost control strategies
- Ensure compliance with Italian financial laws and internal policies
- Handle payroll processes and manage relationships with external consultants
- Build and lead a small finance team on-site
- Partner with the General Manager on financial planning and business analysis **What I’m Looking For**: - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, ideally within hospitality or a comparable sector
- Full fluency in Italian and English
- In-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
