**The role**:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete management of orders, coordinating the different phases of the project and interfacing with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance with time, cost and quality objectives. It will therefore have to be activated at the company's functions and aligned with customers, if necessary, also with travel. **Responsibility**:
Project Planning and Management 1. Definition of the project plan with objectives, timelines and resources. 2. Creation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the timeline with key milestones. 3. Monitoring compliance with the times and costs set out in the contract. Technical-Operational Management 1. Design and manufacturing supervision to ensure compliance with customer specifications. 2. Monitoring of the installation and testing phases in collaboration with the Service Office. Coordination and Communication 1. Point of reference between customer and internal team (engineering, production, purchasing, logistics). 2. Organization of alignment meetings with all stakeholders. 3. Ensure the correct circulation of information between departments. Economic and Contractual Control 1. Budget management and cost monitoring to prevent extra costs. 2. Identification and mitigation of technical and economic risks. 3.



Management of any order variants and negotiation with the customer together with the Sales Department. Risk Management e Problem Solving 1. Supervision, control and monitoring of the progress phases of projects vs. time schedule 2. Proactively prevent and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Management of delays or critical issues with effective corrective actions. **Requirements**:
Training and Technical Skills 1. Degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Management Engineering. 2. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus. 3. Previous experience in the role, preferably in companies that work on a contract basis. 4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project. 5. Familiarity with SolidWorks 3D and AutoCAD 2D. Language skills 1. Fluent English (written and spoken). 2. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Soft Skills and Availability 1. Leadership, coordination, and relationship management skills with teams and clients. 2. Problem-solving, mediation and teamwork. 3. Initiative and results oriented. 4. Willingness to travel (about 20%). Pay: €40,000.00 - €70,000.00 per year Expected Start Date: 14/07/2025
