For the Marketing Department of the BU Reserve of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for a:
**Stage Marketing & Communication Assistant** The person supports the management of the marketing communication using different channels and strategies and he/she implements, under the supervision of the Marketing Specialist, the business and communication strategies. Specifically, the person will manage the following activities: - Support the presence of the company in tradeshows, conferences and customers’ events
- Support the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Support company and products/services advertising on various media (digital and press channels)
- Produce marketing contents for the website
- Craft and send regular newsletters with company, products/services updates
- Produce event reports and track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Support social media editorial plan and monitor published content
- Manage merchandising items and product/business literature (monitor stock, program restock and select new items)




- Creation and management of purchasing requests and goods/service receipts on the company management software
- Support meetings organization with sales teams and agents. **Requirements of the position**: - Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing and/or Communication. **Requirements of the person**: - Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Word and Powerpoint)
- English Level C1; preferred another European language (German, French, Spanish) B2
- good verbal and written communication skills
- good planning and organization skills
- good presentation skills
- good copywriting skills
- basic skills in using management software (SAP) is a plus. **Workplace**: Montecchio Maggiore (VI). Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi Retribuzione: €500,00 - €650,00 al mese Benefit: - Cellulare aziendale
