**Job Summary** We are looking for an organized and energetic Project Manager to join our Sales team at our facility in Pinerolo, IT. In this role, you will oversee the fulfillment of manufacturing projects (additive, subtractive, and formative processes) from many of our core customers, including large tech companies. Success in this position requires you to be technical, highly organized, and time efficient, while providing excellent support for our customers. **Primary Job Functions**
- Create a positive working relationship with teams across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain detailed understanding of our products and services
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects with different customers
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting customer expectations, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Support customers with technical requests and questions
- Advise Sales Team on technical questions and support Sales Team on technical projects
- Utilize our CRM to document and track customer projects
- Manage orders from activation to delivery. **Experience**




- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably with additive, subtractive, or formative processes. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Have a commercial and delivery mindset and ability to review scope documents
- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Be exceptional at building strong, long-lasting relationships - both internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently
- Ability to work against very tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office
- Practical experience with Cad Software **Working Environment / Physical Demands**
- Office based. However, you may be required to travel to customers to support the Sales Team, to tradeshows or company events nationally or international on occasion. Plenty of notice will be given.
