Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer care to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of service.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.





- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in helping customers and providing excellent service.
