Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its HR department at its Milan office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- CV screening and headhunting

- Liaising with candidates (by telephone, video call and in person)

- Presenting selected profiles to Partners/Colleagues

- Ongoing follow-up with candidates and colleagues throughout the selection process

- Liaising with universities, organising and participating in employer branding initiatives

- Onboarding and post-placement follow-up.

Requirements:

- Degree in Humanities

- 6–12 months’ professional experience in a consultancy firm or corporate environment

- Excellent command of English

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
