XINLEI Global is seeking a strategic sales leader to launch heat pump products across Europe, including Germany, France, Italy, and Poland. You will build distributor networks, recruit and train dealers, and drive end-user sales with technical support and training.

The role requires deep knowledge of European HVAC markets, cross-country contracting, and ongoing engagement with dealers to hit annual targets. Will travel frequently to establish regional capabilities and manage partnerships.
