APP Group seeks a Senior Tissue Technical Manager to lead R&D;, product development and optimization of tissue products for Europe. The role interfaces with mills, customers and commercial teams to drive competitive product offerings and improve manufacturing performance while ensuring European compliance.

The candidate will oversee product research, testing, validation and technical reporting, traveling within Europe as needed to support growth and customer engagements.
