Northern Italy, frequent travels abroad
Descrizione The CEO will hold full P&L; responsibility and will lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement the Group strategy, supporting growth across existing business and new initiatives
- Set operational and financial priorities ensuring effective performance management across the Group
- Strengthen and integrate the organizational structure, promoting a high-performance culture
- Oversee risk management and ensure appropriate standards of governance, compliance and control

Requirements

- Degree in Economics or Engineering, MBA is a plus




- Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus
- Proven experience in CEO/GM roles within international industrial environments
- Strong track record in growth execution, international expansion and organizational development
- Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving contexts
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Prior PE experience is a strong plus
