- 35⁰ in the top 1000 Financial Times ranking among companies who have grown the most in the last year in Europe (2⁰ among Italian companies) We are looking for professionals of different seniority who can contribute to project governance framework adoption to have a structured approach to govern the IT projects with increasing autonomy commensurate with experience. **Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility for the achievement of project and program objectives and reporting to project clients and steering committees
- Defining project and program plans with identification of dates, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Supporting the technical and functional analysis of requirements for new software implementation
- Ensure that program objectives are clearly defined and constantly updated
- Ensure that the objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality of deliverables shared with stakeholders are met
- Coordinate communication between functions and manage information with stakeholders
- Monitor the project scope and budget/actual cost/revenue
- Supervise the project budget, facilitating the applicant function by assessing sustainability/feasibility
- Assess and manage project risks also in terms of analysis and identification of relevant mitigation actions
- Supporting the software testing phase (UAT, No regression test, Functional test, E2E)
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor degree or equivalent education in Economics & Management or Engineering
- 2-5 years experience in the area of project/program management or PMO preferred in consulting firms
- Attitude to End to End processes understanding
- Organizational, management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
