- we offer conscious fashion and promote special collaborations with non-profits, organizations, and brands to agevolazioni social and eco-friendly initiatives. **Junior CRM Specialist** Divided into sub-teams dedicated to marketing channels, international & influencer marketing and content & translation, the **Marketing team** works from idea to product translating winning strategies into digital campaigns and localized content in 10 languages. The **CRM Team** is looking for Junior CRM Specialist to join the team!
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Monitoring CRM and Loyalty Program performance through dedicated KPIs.
- Management of the Luxury Experience within the Loyalty Program (scouting, day-to-day management, supplier management, evolution).
- Day-to-day CRM activity management.
- Ad hoc reporting for campaigns (both rolling and dedicated).
- Support in managing special projects dedicated to LVR clients.
- Involvement in benchmarking and competitor analysis.
- Support in working with the company's internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service support in resolving tickets related to CRM/Loyalty activities.
- Identification of growth opportunities and new ideas for the evolution of the Loyalty and CRM Program.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power Point)
- Good command of the English language
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team **What we offer**:
