We are on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic** Data Scientist **for our Marketing&Business; areas within our** HQ Marketing team**. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics and marketing, **collaborating closely with our Digital Marketing, Brand, and Consumer Insight departments.**
The primary objective is to harness the potential of the data at our disposal, improve understanding of customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and optimize business operations, paving the way for the adoption of AI-based solutions in the future.
You will manage end to end solutions, building database from raw data to modelling and create predictive models. **What will your day-by-day mission be?**
- You will play a key role in turning raw data into meaningful information and recommendations, impacting our marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and understanding of consumer behavior.
- Analyze company data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance forecasting, customer segmentation, and business decision optimization.
- Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate analysis results. Continuously monitor and update models based on new data and industry developments **Who we’re looking for**:
- You’ve proven experience (at least 4 years) in a company or in agency working for FMCG company with Machine Learning and A.I. and in processing large data set
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Academic background in Mathematics and Statistics and/or Computer Science
- Do you have familiarity with programming, statistical analysis, Marketing Model mix and A/B tests?
- Do you enjoy working in cross-functional teams?
- If you have specific certificates related to programming, AI and Machine learning, these will certainly be appreciated
