pul liSupport the deployment of methodologies and standards across development teams. /li liManage internal and external (customer-facing) reporting and communication related to IT project delivery. /li liLead project and program phases from design to release. /li liContribute to process design and review through internal and external workshops. /li liFoster effective collaboration and strong relationships between Operations and IT. /li liOwn issue tracking activities, including analysis and proposal of resolution plans. /li liIdentify improvement areas and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. /li liContribute to project budgeting, cost control and effort estimation. /li liIdentify, assess and monitor project risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). /li liMinimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain (intra-logistics or 3PL), or consulting. /li liProven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. /li liExperience with IT solutions for logistics or warehouse operations is highly appreciated. /li liHands on WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder is a strong plus. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SQL and experience in programming is a strong plus. /li liSolid understanding of Project Management principles, ideally combined with Agile practices. /li liKnowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is considered a plus. /li liFast learner and strong problem solver, able to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and in a culturally diverse international environment.



/li liAble to deliver well organized, clear, and thorough information tailored to the intended audience. /li liExcellent negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li liStrong customer service mindset, providing timely and professional support to customers and vendors. /li liAbility to prioritize workload, manage special tasks and concurrent projects, and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines. /li liFluent in English; native or fluent Italian required.
