Hybrid position - Paderno Dugnano - Italy We are seeking a Controller for one of the most recognized worldwide industrial machinery manufacturers in the Additive Manufacturing sector. This is an autonomous role within the financial team, responsible for the precision and integrity of financial data. Main tasks: - Provide regular financial analysis for business actions
- Create financial models, trends and forecasts
- Design and implement effective accounting policies and models
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Take leadership in the ERP implementation, ensuring seamless data integration **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or master's in finance, economics or management
- Previous experience in the role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in ERP implementation (plus)
- Fluent in Italian and English
