Senior Analyst - Business Analysis The Senior Analyst - Business Analysis is responsible for providing strategic and operational analysis to support the Organisation’s decision-making process. This role will be a key contributor in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Senior Analyst - Business Analysis will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, track progress against goals, and provide ongoing reporting on performance metrics. **Responsibilities**:




- Analyses current business processes to identify areas of improvement or potential cost savings.- Develops detailed financial models to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on revenue and expenses.- Researches industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.- Creates reports summarising findings from data analysis projects.- Monitors performance metrics across all departments/divisions/products/services to ensure targets are met or exceeded.- Collaborates with stakeholders across the Organisation (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to ensure alignment between strategy and execution plans.- Prepares presentations for senior management outlining recommendations based on research findings or data analysis results.- Leads cross-functional teams in implementing new initiatives or process improvements as needed by the Organisation's objectives.
