How you'll make an impact Support the team in HR administrative activities; Processing HRrequests related mainly to Employee Life-Cycle; Support employees with their requests related to HR; Managing interns and employees onboarding; Support the team on time and attendance management; Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background A Master’s Degree in HR related subjects, Economics or Humanities; Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of Workday will be considered a plus; Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Italian; Willingness to learn and interest in HR; A collaborative approach, proactivity and curiosity complete the profile.
