**Company Description** Major Responsibilities: - Cross-fun c tional development of integrated access strategies for new launches
- Act as Project lead for P&R; dossier preparations and HTA review
- Analyze, customize and transform economic and clinical data into simple compelling messages for payers, regulators, providers and budget holders in order to grant access and reimbursement
- Act as i nternal and external pricing champion Provide training of analysis, tools, evidence, market access actions and programs to brand teams in order to integrate value propositions into brand strategies and tactics Country allocation : 90% Lithuania, 10% Latvia
**Qualifications** Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Fluency Lithuanian and EnglishRelevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in commercial and/or medical functions, or within healthcare payer/provider or academic institutionsStrong project management skills,
with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.Ability to analyze complex models and scientific data and draw out key messages.Ability to interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance in building targeted value messages.Adaptability and flexibility to tailor market access strategies to meet the unique needs and requirements of the local market.Experience in developing, leading, and coaching team members and direct reports (if applicable).Preferred: -
- Demonstrated success in achieving market access goals within the respective local contextExcellent knowledge of local healthcare systems, including HTA processes, formulary decision-making, and payer negotiations.Proven track record of success on specific market access success experience within respective local context **Additional Information
