- You will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering support. You will perform engineering support functions to provide the highest level of service and to contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results, maintain efficiency in operational processes and procedures, serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (engineering, field sales, supplier marketing, purchasing and other corporate departments).
- Data Processing: enter and maintain Customer Project info and details into the Arrow ERP system working with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues.
- Data scrubbing, update, and maintenance
- Data Analysis / Analytics
- Pull reporting/generate new reports regularly and on case-by-case basis
- Leads follow up
- Samples management
- The Operation Specialist recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day activities and assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities **More about the position**
- Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience
- Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
- Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
- Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
- Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures **What are we looking for?**
- Fluent English
- Native Italian level
- Proven organizational skills, including time management.
- Basic Project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
