General Services Coordinator

Position Bulgari SPA, within its General Services Department based in **Rome**, is searching for a **General Services Coordinator** of the Headquarter building. **Main Accountabilities**
- Ensure the execution of all the General Services activities (Catering & Hospitality, company car fleet, couriers, internal mail, stationery, waste management, etc.) through the coordination of the team. Collect the requests coming from the internal clients, define priorities, propose/implement the best solution taking into consideration resources availability and spaces.
- Support the Manager in improving the office layouts and common areas with a critical and esthetical point of view.
- Supervise the administration and coordination of the company car fleet, ensuring the order management with the rental companies and the administrative practices.
- Plan and coordinate the maintenance of the company car fleet and elaborate reporting and statistics.
- Manage catering suppliers and supervise the costs related.
- Coordinate the receiving and shipment of non-precious goods.
- Set up and follow up KPIs and propose corrective actions if needed. Profile **Qualifications / Professional Capabilities**
- Masters’ Degree
- 5/7 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury/hospitality industries.
- Project Management

- MS Office suite (advanced Excel)
