- “Together, we'll make travel better.”_ **JOB SCOPE** Learn guest reception management techniques according to company procedures and instructions for admission to our stores. Manage and manage telephone requests to support operational staff. Support cash flow and revenue recording activities. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Learn to manage the check-in process and follow admission instructions
- Greet, greet and greet guests at the entrance and reception
- Assist guests with Internet access requirements, baggage placement, shower reservations
- Assist in promoting the various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers
- Take care of lost items and related documentation.
- Manage confidential information, including guest logs, with a high degree of integrity.
- Support in answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate measures.
- Maintain accurate records including cash flows and receipts.
- Cooperate and work as a team to develop, implement, maintain and improve the quality management system.
- Perform other work as assigned from time to time by supervisor **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Shift work MON/SUN on 40H
- Place of work: Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, Rome
- Extracurricular internship paid with meal vouchers
