Who We're Looking For
For our K-Way store in Milano (Via Ugo Foscolo), we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants.

Key Responsabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice
- Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained
- Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal
- Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons
- Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies
- Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level;
- Excellent knowledge of English (any other languages will be considered plus);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week).
This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
