Within this exceptional Milanese location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long‑term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation, with a specific focus on the Women’s Ready‑to‑Wear collection. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards. /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long‑term loyalty. /li liProvide expert knowledge on the Women’s Ready‑to‑Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance. /li liContribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement. /li liSupport visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards. /li liAssist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities. /li liManage sales transactions accurately and professionally,
