We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Process Partner to join our Group Business Processes & IT Department and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, with a strategic focus on business process evolution. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner between IT and business functions, ensuring alignment between organizational needs, business processes, and digital solutions.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Contribute to the governance and execution of the company's digital transformation agenda, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives related to projects' implementation, process harmonization, and organizational change.
- Analyze and challenge existing business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and operational improvement.
- Lead and moderate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, testing activities, and decision-making processes with international stakeholders.
- Ensure successful execution of project activities including planning, prioritization, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Promote user adoption and organizational readiness by supporting key users and facilitating collaboration across departments.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and critical topics, proactively driving mitigation and resolution actions.
- Contribute to the coordination and alignment of internal and external resources involved in transformation initiatives.
- Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economic or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation initiatives, or business process management within international environment.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving transformation initiatives in matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision.
- Leadership attitude with the ability to coordinate activities, create alignment, and foster accountability also without direct reporting lines.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions, leveraging an internal process architecture framework.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and pragmatic mindset.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, align priorities, and support teams in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Fluent in English and either Italian or German.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bolzano.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 45.000 - 55.000 + additional target premio of 5-10% of base salary.
