HR & Talent Acquisition Paid Internship

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Contract: Paid Curricular Internship We are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to be based in our office in Milan. This internship is a very exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic young professional, as it offers a unique mix of responsibilities across:
- HR: you will support the Italian HR team with all administrative and HR related tasks- Talent Acquisition: you will support the recruitment activities with the end to end recruiting process across a variety of roles from staff to graduates and senior office roles **Responsibilities**:
Italy HR- Monitor time & attendance data in our internal HRIS- Keep track of HR/Payroll related documents- Follow up on sickness and accident procedures- Provide support to store members on HR questions and issues, together with the HR Team- Support in recruiting store members when required- Produce periodic reports,
presentations and statistics on HR activity Talent Acquisition- Update Talent Acquisition colleagues and recruiting managers of progress at all times- Follow and suggest optimisation of our recruitment processes Profile- Degree in HR, Law, Business, Economics, Sociology or equivalent- Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and spoken skills in both languages-
