**Service Scheduling & Dispatching Specialist** The METTLER TOLEDO Service Team knows how to satisfy business needs by getting the best from instrumentation and equipment. The customer takes advantage of the experience, skills and thorough know-how of our far-reaching team of thousands of dedicated service specialists all around the world and, much more importantly, in his/her immediate vicinity. Our service offering ensures optimal equipment uptime, performance, compliance and the expertise necessary to maximize the investment of the customer. The main activities are: - Scheduling technician interventions, based on customer priorities, workload and availability of materials required for the intervention, maximising efficiency

- Contacting customers to schedule interventions and for possible changes
- Assist technicians remotely, obtaining information necessary to fulfil customer requests and close the order What You Need to Succeed
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Professional experience in the field of intervention planning/technical team management
- Knowledge of English appreciated
