Join Electrolux Professional Group - as SALES ORDER PROCESSOR ITALY ABOUT THE JOB As Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks, working closely with our Sales and Project Teams. Order Processing will be responsible for entering new orders accurately and efficiently our computer system and assisting our sales team and customers with order status. Please note this is is a temporary position. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Creating Sales Orders for finished Products, including Order acknowledgement, allocating stock and managing order status and delivery paperwork
- Monitoring order status, communicating any issues to customers/dealers
- Monitor status and coordinate deliveries. Liaise with internal suppliers/logistics/forwarders to ensure requirements satisfied
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Prioritize work and urgent requests
- Regular update of customers’ accounts with official sales conditions
- Keep relation with other internal units to facilitate the best support to the customers, agents and dealers ABOUT YOU

- Able to communicate effectively and easily engage stakeholders at all levels; team player
- Engaged with outside-in perspective
- Adaptable, flexible
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive. Good multitasking & time management skills
- A team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, both in the office and warehouse
- Order processing and invoicing experience
- Languages: Italian and fluent English
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
