Corinthia Hotels in Rome invites applications for a Cost Controller in our luxury hotel. You will monitor and control hotel costs, focusing on F&B;, while supporting financial reporting and compliance with Corinthia SOPs.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will work with F&B;, Kitchen, Purchasing and Operations to analyze variances, optimise costs and ensure accurate inventories and cost of sales.
