Your Role
As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.
You’ll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
- Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301’s strategy.
- Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.
- Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.
- Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to have:
- Background in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
- Experience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
- Knowledge of PSD2, AML, GDPR, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)

- Permanent, full-time contract with a salary range of €50.000 – €60.000 RAL, based on experience and skills.
