Reporting directly to the Professional Education Manager, we are looking for a Junior Professional Education Advisor for our division in Italy. As a Junior Professional Education Advisor, you will play a crucial part in in defining and executing the Local Customer Education and Training Plan Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Line Manager in the creation of the annual BU training and education plan to HCPs ensuring relevant needs of various customer types are covered
- Accountable for planning & executing, deployment and follow up of training events;
- Support in building development acitivities
- Support in management of Key Opinion Leaders
- Build relationships with specific Key Opinion Leaders
- Sample shipment management for Training events What you will bring: - Business or Science degree highly preferred.
- Minimum year of experience in a similar setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience an advantage.
- Professional resilience, positive and energetic
- Strong attitude to problem management and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing assigned tasks
- Excellent verbal and written skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure and to deadlines.
- Good level of English
