Job Title: Luxury Villa Manager Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all operations with the service providers of the luxury villa, ensuring exceptional service and experience for guests.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with villa rental agencies, wedding planners, and other key partners.
- Coordinate and oversee events, weddings, and luxury market rentals at the villa with the contracted service providers.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and up to the highest standards at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage a team of staff members and ensure they are providing top-notch service to guests.
- Attend various fairs, events, and networking opportunities to promote the villa and establish new partnerships.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations for our guests
- Ensuring all guests visit the estate wine shop and promote the estate’s wines. Qualifications: - Proven experience in luxury hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and marketing background with a track record of driving revenue.
- Knowledge of the luxury market and trends in the events and wedding industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
