Our goal is to assist individuals in traveling hassle-free, whether it be for leisure or work purposes. **Role description** Stowyourbags is seeking a **customer service assistant**, self-motivated, who excels in fast-paced environments and availability for flexible hours and days within a 5-day workweek **Responsibilities**
- Handle conversation with Customer to address requests, complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow-up to resolve any issues their customers experience
- Deliver favorable customer support using customer support tools
- Align initiatives with business goals through collaborative efforts. **What are we looking for?**
- High School diploma
- Excellent English written and spoken required
- Excellent Italian written and spoken required
- Good French & Spanish written and spoken required
- Good use of all Office set, especially Excel
- Flexible hours and days within a 5-day workweek **We Offer**

- Stage Contract: 6 - month stage (Euro 900 per month) with the possibility of stable employment with a permanent contract.
