**Job Summary**:
The purpose of the internship is to support, manage and help teachers and students during their educational experience. The Resource will support the Student & Academic Services team in producing and improving programs, students’ presence, preparation and distribution to students of welcome kits, certifications and general services. The intern will support the office in providing students, staff and faculty the tools and the support needed for the student success. With the team will serve as the central repository for all the students records, monitor required academic milestones, provide academic advising and support for undergraduate students, collaborate with academic departments to provide academic support for graduate students, and serve as the primary liaison between current students and the Faculty. The resource will support Student & Academic Services team in the following activities: - Relationship with registration office to organize and manage AFAM students’ admission interviews;




- To prepare “the welcome kit” at the beginning of the school year;
- To monitor the class presence in order to identify problems in advance and be able to solve them;
- To register and to monitor students’ performances;
- To prepare school diploma / Certificates and diploma’s ceremony documentation;
- To support the organization of courses and programs schedules;
- To support Programme Leader in organizing meeting with teachers;
- To prepare tutor’s manual;
- To support Student voice managing;
- To relate with Career Service & Industry Relationship department to support the managing of project and seminar. **Education & Skills**
- Bachelor Degree in Humanities / Social-Economic field;
- English proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Office suite;
- Accuracy and punctuality
