**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic Director of Commercial Brand Execution for Italy to enhance IQVIA’s profitability and brand recognition within the pharmaceutical sector. This role will oversee the Italian market, ensuring effective commercial operations and fostering long-term relationships with senior-level customer organizations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and oversee the business unit or region.
- Drive profitable performance across service lines.
- Manage and develop Medical Sales and Commercial staff.
- Align capabilities with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Negotiate and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial controls.
- Plan, assign, and direct work; manage performance and development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators.




- Report Adverse Events per guidelines.
- Uphold the Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in line management.
- Advanced business knowledge and leadership skills.
- Understanding of drug discovery, development, and commercialization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop teams.
- Strong planning and financial management skills.
