ph3Your mission /h3 pPlan International is looking for a bGrants Finance Officer /b to join the Grants Finance team supporting bITNO (Italy) /b. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of projects formulated and implemented by Plan Italia, working closely with country offices and local partners to ensure sound and compliant financial management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRegularly monitor the overall financial execution of each project against approved proposal budgets /li liCoordinate with and support the Operations area in the review and regulatory compliance of administrative documentation, ensuring adherence to donor requirements and internal procedures /li liPrepare and maintain budget formats used to record expenditure and donor reporting /li liSupport and coordinate the administrative information flow from project partners, ensuring compliance with donor rules and procedures, and guarantee smooth administrative information flow within Plan International /li liOversee the preparation of financial reports, including those drafted in Italian, and organize and prepare all necessary supporting documentation /li liPrepare budgets in collaboration with Plan International's administrative and programme staff /li liCarry out coordination and monitoring missions in the countries where projects are implemented /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration, Economics,



International Cooperation, or a related field /li liA Master's degree is a plus /li liMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar role /li liPrior experience in the third sector is essential /li liExcellent command of English and good command of French /li liSolid knowledge of funding sources and the procedures/regulations of major institutional donors /li liExperience with projects funded by AICS and the European Commission (particularly DG ECHO) /li liAt least 3 years' experience in financial and administrative management of AICS-funded projects /li liExperience using monitoring and evaluation tools /li liExperience preparing financial reports and managing all administrative and procedural aspects related to compliance with institutional donor guidelines /li liExcellent command of the Office suite and Excel, and familiarity with key IT tools /li liExperience with Navision ERP and/or reports managed or extracted from SAP is an asset /li liAbility to work as part of a team and under pressure while meeting deadlines /li liWillingness to travel on missions abroad /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 pOur mission is to improve the lives of millions of girls and boys around the world, working to advance their rights and create real opportunities for them to learn, grow, and thrive. /p pJoin our team and help us build a better world for children everywhere. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
