We are looking for motivated and skilled Field Service Engineers to join the Service Execution team in Italy (locations depending on profile).

Your Challenge
-
- Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Automation and Motion Control systems, including PLCs, drives, and machine tools
- Execution of on‑site service activities at OEMs and end customers
- Configuration and tuning of drive systems (e.g. SINAMICS)
- PLC software activities using STEP 7 and TIA Portal
- Support to technical hotline and back‑office teams
- Participation in digitalization and modernization projects
- Technical coordination with internal departments (engineering, sales, project management)
- Documentation, reporting, and customer communication aligned with Siemens standards
What Makes You a Perfect Fit

- Degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience (or strong motivation to grow) in technical customer service, field service, or project engineering
- Knowledge of:

- Siemens PLCs (S7‑300 / S7‑1500, STEP 7, TIA Portal)
- Drive technology (e.g. SINAMICS, Starter / StartDrive)
- Experience with CNC and/or Motion Control systems (e.g. SINUMERIK) is considered a plus
- Passion to never‑stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge; ability to manage priorities and customer satisfaction
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for on‑site activities
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Valid driving license and eligibility to work in Italy
