The company is looking for a Head Of Engineering, reporting directly to the CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team and technically overseeing complex projects in compliance with quality and safety requirements and, where applicable, the necessary certifications.Attualmente, per un potenziamento dell'area Tecnica, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di:Head Of Engineering (Provincia di Monza e Brianza)Il tuo nuovo ruolo:Lead and develop the skills of a multidisciplinary team (i.E. Mechanical, Hydraulic, HW, FW, SW, Radio Frequency).Lead the evolution of the team's competencies, in order to introduce new products in the portfolio, in line with the company strategy.Plan, execute and monitor project activities, managing performance on scope, time and cost.Oversee the technical product development process, ensuring compliance with the applicable specifications and regulations (civil and military).Identify and manage technical and operational risks.Interface with internal stakeholders (i.E. operations, sales, program management, etc.) and external stakeholders (i.E.
customers and suppliers).Di cosa hai bisogno per avere successo:A Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.At least 8 years of experience in the aerospace sector.Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of aerospace certification processes.Familiarity with quality standards and development processes typical of the aerospace industry (e.G.
