**Main Responsibilities**: - Define an effective strategy to grow visibility and the fanbase on major social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the communications team to address the specific needs of each social platform and ensure consistent and high-performing content production.
- Upload and publish content provided by the communications team, ensuring alignment with engagement and growth strategies.
- Increase community engagement by actively interacting with followers and customers on social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to align social media activities with business and company goals.
- Monitor the performance of social campaigns using analytics tools, providing feedback to the communications team to optimize content.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to improve brand visibility.
- Contribute to search engine indexing and visibility, managing web traffic with a broader digital marketing perspective. **Requirements**: - Previous experience (even brief) as a Social Media Specialist or in digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
