**What is your role?** Essential Responsibilities **Your day in the life of SAP SD Specialist in ITT**
- Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet business requirements, including pricing, order management, billing, shipping, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI, CO) to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide end-to-end project support, from initial scoping and design through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues,
providing timely and effective solutions to ensure mínimal business disruption.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP SD processes and tools.
- Stay updated with SAP SD developments, best practices, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. **Requisiti**:
**Position Requirements** **What will make you our perfect match?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an SAP SD Specialist or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration, including order-to-cash (OTC) processes, pricing, and billing.
- Proficient in integration points with SAP MM, PP, FI, and CO modules.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- SAP certification in SD module is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
