As Product Marketing Manager you will be in charge of evaluating and making recommendations on all aspects of the full range of company's products through the entire product life cycle, for the agriculture tire segment. You will help Trelleborg customers to better know our products,
how they are made and the benefits and values that they can bring; in the end, you will help our Company to build and sell products that customers love. Key responsibilities: - Manage the Trelleborg Agriculture tire products’ strategies and set the the targets to meet the Company expectation
- Deliver market research and oversee product development and design for the segment of responsibility, contributing to the launch of new products;
- Oversee advertising campaigns, monitor sales performances, contribute in setting the the pricing strategy liaising with the Pricing dept.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service of responsibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
- Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience. Key requirements: - Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics. MBA is considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to see the big picture, provide solution, plan and drive results
- Fluent in English language; any additional language will be considered as a plus
