We are seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza, Province of Monza and Brianza, Italy. As a world-class leader in serving science,

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of quality assurance processes and procedures. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Quality Operations Person in charge in evaluating production lots and work environment
- Verify documentation and other necessary information
- Investigate GMP-related problems and deviations under the guidance of the Team Leader
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with standards, company procedures, and regulations
- Act as the main point of contact with customers regarding Quality Assurance aspects of commercial productions **Requirements**: - Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to determine compliance
- Demonstrated ambition and track record of effectively implementing quality assurance processes
