You will answer incoming sales calls, handle the sales administration, and contact prospects for opportunity creation. **As a Business Development - Inside Sales, you will**
- Focus on lead generation, research relevant contacts
- Create Salesforce entries to track prospects and opportunities
- Manage Pardot sales inquiries
- Meet travel agencies for proposal presentations **About you**
- Prior work experience in a customer-facing role
- Deep knowledge of leisure travel agencies
- Good command of written and spoken Italian and English
- Proven communication skills and the ability to be a self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of B2B sales and CRM tools
- Capable of traveling within Italy up to 40% **About us**
