We play an important role in various scientific fields, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, forensics, environmental analysis, and biochemistry, among others. **Make an impact** **Tasks**
- ** Drive Partnership**: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to support strategic execution of the customer training process.
- ** Scientific Support**:Stay informed about the latest scientific literature, methodologies,
and regulatory requirements Be trusted guide and increase customer happiness and dedication which lead to the overall success of the business. Provide scientific support and counsel to internal teams and customers and identify improvement opportunities.
- ** Leadership**: Independently prioritize and lead team projects and mentor junior colleagues. Act as a consultant for specific market segments of expertise. Potentially acts as a backup and deputy to lead calls or meetings on request. **How will you get here?**
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, software, data analysis, and techniques. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing mentorship on product usage and optimization.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
- Involved in innovative research projects, provide guide scientific mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional
- Travel up to 75% of the time.
