- Provide flawless technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system and assist in the development of continuous improvement.
- Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technology **Job Requirements**: - 2+ years laboratory experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field,
preferably in molecular biology or a related area. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent English plus one of the following: French, Italian or German languages (spoken and written). Additional European languages are an asset.
