In-house advisory and legal assistance to all YTWS legal entities with a focus on Italian matters. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Legal Team in legal research and analysis and monitoring of regulatory requirements;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and a variety of contracts/agreements ranging from manufacturing, commercial, etc.;
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance;
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including managing board minutes and corporate filings;
- Assist in managing legal disputes, including handling pre-litigation matters;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures; **Qualifications**: - A law degree and a strong academic record
- At least 1-3 years of experience in providing in-house legal services
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience in working at multi-national and corporate environment is an advantage **Skills**: - Highly organized, detail-oriented, precise, responsible, and flexible person.
